How We Work

We don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’ and we will customize the working process individually with our customers.

The Ti:Pi team will always have your interest at heart and to us the initial dialogue is very important – this is where the magic happens!

You most likely already have some ideas in mind and together we will go through your inquiry and find the perfect solution to meet your criteria.

Based on our initial briefing and your guidelines we will get back to you with a selection of options, materials and ways to move forward.

Once we have defined the materials, shapes, colors etc. you will receive a thorough quotation. We work with 'best & final' prices.

When the quotation has been accepted we will arrange samples for you (refundable). You will always receive samples before you place an order.

Sometimes the sample is 'spot on' but sometimes it needs smaller adjustments. If needed, another sample will be arranged so everything is perfect.

After the order is placed, we will begin the production and deliver the goods as agreed. We will align all details with you to avoid any surprises.
